Every year a handful of elementary schools have zero room for transfers, like Lakewood and Mockingbird campuses. Historically, Kramer has limited space to accommodate the transfers, and they are allocated by the principal, and come with some stipulations like waiving your bus options.
Even if you are not zoned for Kramer, you can apply for a transfer within the “Choose DISD” registration process.
